From Christmas in Marietta Square to Year-Round Lighting
Rich Lighting Co.'s work in Marietta began in 2019 when we provided holiday lighting and décor for the Hallmark movie Christmas Wishes and Mistletoe Kisses, filmed in Marietta, Georgia.
That project marked the beginning of our relationship with the City of Marietta and grew into additional lighting work throughout Marietta Square.
Over the years, the lighting has expanded beyond traditional Christmas installations. Tree lighting was added at Atherton Square, and permanent RGBW InvisiLights were later installed on the Glover Park stage and gazebo, creating additional opportunities for color and seasonal displays throughout the year.
The result is a public space that can change with the season, holiday or community event rather than being limited to a single Christmas display.
Large-Scale Displays Require More Than a Good Design
Municipal projects involve spaces that continue functioning while the installation is taking place.
Our team plans around the property, installation requirements and areas used by the public while building the display in stages.
From large trees and elevated architectural features to streetscapes and public gathering areas, Rich Lighting Co. handles the installation so city staff aren't left trying to turn a large-scale lighting design into a finished display themselves.
We Stay Involved Throughout the Season
Installation isn't the end of our involvement.
For seasonal displays installed by Rich Lighting Co., our team provides in-season support if lighting issues develop so municipal staff aren't left troubleshooting difficult-to-reach displays.
When the season is over, we return to remove the seasonal lighting and organize and store the lighting from our installations for the following season.
That gives municipalities a complete lighting service without turning installation, maintenance and removal into another seasonal responsibility for city staff.

Sometimes the right element for a public display doesn't exist in a catalog.
Rich Lighting Co. can fabricate custom lighting structures and display elements in-house, giving us another way to design around a specific space, event or creative concept. From static images to programmable LEDs
